SKB to squeeze out small shareholders

Ljubljana, 12 May - Nearly half a year after SKB bank officially became a part of Hungarian group OTP, SKB's general assembly decided on Monday to squeeze out small shareholders. OTP holds 99.75% share in SKB, having bought nearly all of it from the French group Societe General last year.
