Triglav Group Q1 pre-tax profit down 12% to EUR 26.5m

Ljubljana, 14 May - Slovenia's leading insurance group, Triglav, reported on Thursday EUR 26.4 million in pre-tax profit for the first quarter, a 12% year-on-year decrease that it primarily ascribes to several disaster events. The group posted a total of EUR 348.9 million in consolidated gross written premium, up 10% relative to the same period last year.
