EUR 35 million in subsidies for temporary layoffs disbursed so far

Ljubljana, 23 May - The Employment Service has so far paid companies EUR 35 million in subsidies for temporary layoffs, a fraction of the EUR 700 that the government has projected may be needed for what is one of the key measures to help the economy weather the coronavirus crisis. The next payment will be made next week.
