Delo says VW compensation ruling in Germany much-needed precedent

Ljubljana, 26 May - The newspaper Delo says in its front-page commentary on Tuesday that the ruling of the German Federal Constitutional Court allowing a buyer to return their Volkswagen car with the manipulated emissions technology or get substantial compensation is a precedent showing how poorly consumer right are protected against industrial giants.
