Mortality decreasing across Slovenia, cancer and diabetes on the rise

Ljubljana, 26 May - Mortality rates have decreased across Slovenia along with suicide rates, shows the latest survey by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ). Citizens are increasingly attending preventive check-ups, but the number of newly discovered cancer and diabetes cases is on the rise.
