Debate hears EU recovery plan a turning point, fast deal needed

Ljubljana, 28 May - A debate on the next EU budget on Thursday saw high-profile participants point out that the European Commission's recovery plan was a turning point, without it the European single market could be jeopardised. They also agreed that a quick agreement by member states is necessary.
