Watchdog urges companies to introduce on-line AGM option

Ljubljana, 2 June - The Securities Market Agency (ATVP) has established that annual general meetings (AGMs) of companies during the Covid-19 epidemic turned out to be a serious problem as only a small number of the reviewed public companies have the option of an electronic AGM envisaged in their articles of association.
