Legal opinion warns against transfer of 2TDK onto railways operator

Ljubljana, 15 June - While a final decision on the coalition-envisaged transfer of 2TDK, the company in charge the new Koper-Divača railway track project, onto Slovenske Železnice is still pending, a legal opinion commissioned by the national railways operator reportedly warns that such a move could be fatal for the project, seen as crucial for the Koper port.
