Teršek fails to get appointed Constitutional Court judge

Ljubljana, 16 June - Andraž Teršek, the only candidate for a post on the Constitutional Court that will be vacated in mid-July, failed to get appointed in parliament on Tuesday. He was backed by only 42 MPs, while 38 voted against. In order to be appointed, he would have needed to be backed by 46 MPs.
