Paper says voucher scheme success will depend on weather and contagion

Koper, 20 June - The newspaper Primorske Novice comments on the voucher scheme designed to help keep the tourism sector afloat in the wake of the coronavirus crisis, saying its success will depend on a number of factors, including weather, which has been less than perfect so far, and the epidemiological situation, which has been deteriorating.
