ECJ to deliberate on suit against Slovenia over ECB archives immunity
Luxembourg, 22 June - The European Court of Justice's (ECJ) grand chamber will meet Monday to deliberate on a suit the European Commission has brought against Slovenia for accessing ECB documents as part of a police investigation at Slovenia's central bank regarding Slovenia's 2013 bank bailout. PM Janez Janša has recently inquired if the suit could be withdrawn.
