TI Slovenia calls for protecting whistleblowers
Ljubljana, 23 June - Transparency International (TI) Slovenia stressed on World Whistleblower Day the importance of individuals who report suspicions of irregularities they detect during their work at public institutions or private companies. Whistleblowers are frequently the targets of retaliation, so they must be protected, the NGO stressed.
