Top court finds recourse to remedy in local elections act inadequate

Ljubljana, 23 June - The Constitutional Court has ruled several articles of the local election act governing access to legal remedy unconstitutional, and in effect called into question the result of the 2018 mayoral election in the Šmarješke Toplice municipality.
