Delo wonders if Merkel will encourage more solidarity in EU

Ljubljana, 1 July - As Germany is assuming the six-month EU presidency on Wednesday, the newspaper Delo wonders in a commentary whether Chancellor Angela Merkel, as her record term is running out, will be able to move the foundation stones of the union and convince member states it is time for more not less Europe.
