Upper chamber requests constitutional review of building act

Ljubljana, 1 July - The upper chamber of parliament has decided to request a constitutional review of building act provisions laying down conditions for building without a construction permit. The National Council will thus ask the Constitutional Court to make its request a matter of priority and to issue a temporary injunction.
