Sava Turizem will not pay out dividends this year

Bled, 3 July - The general meeting of tourism company Sava Turizem decided on Friday to have last year's entire distributable profit of EUR 23.2 million retained. Small shareholders opposed the decision. Moreover, the merger of hotel operator Hoteli Bernardin and Sava Turizem is also raising dust.
