Only Janša yet to get damages for imprisonment in Patria case
Ljubljana, 4 July - Retired brigadier general Tone Krkovič, one of the defendants in the Patria defence corruption trial, has reached a settlement with the state for EUR 60,000 in damages for wrongful imprisonment, the newspaper Dnevnik has reported. This means that only Janez Janša, the incumbent PM, is yet to get damages over a guilty ruling that was later quashed.
