Proposal for permanent closure of shops Sundays looses momentum

Ljubljana, 6 July - After initial bipartisan support and parliamentary endorsement at first reading in May, the proposal to permanently close shops Sundays failed to move forward in the National Assembly last week, prompting accusations about stalling manoeuvrers and an opposition demand for an emergency session of parliament.
