Ex-Austria Ambassador Rahten publishes book on Carinthia plebiscite

Celje, 15 July - A book by historian and former Slovenian Ambassador to Austria Andrej Rahten was launched on Wednesday exploring the nuances of Slovenian-Austrian relations after the end of World War I, with a focus on the 1920 Carinthia plebiscite, which left a sizeable Slovenian-speaking community under Austrian rule.
