No breakthrough yet at EU summit, PM says

Brussels, 18 July - The EU summit taking place in Brussels has made tactical steps forward on Friday, but no strategic breakthrough, Slovenia's Prime Minister Janez Janša said as he arrived for a second day of talks on Saturday. He expressed confidence that the leaders will demonstrate wisdom, knowledge and energy to broker an agreement.
