AVK concerned after court orders release of Mercator shares

Ljubljana, 30 July - The Competition Protection Agency (AVK) has expressed concern following the decision of the Supreme Court that Mercator shares seized from Agrokor in December 2019 must be released immediately. The shares were seized to secure Agrokor pay a EUR 54 million fine after it failed to report business concentration following a 2016 takeover.
