Primorske Novice welcomes long-term care bill

Koper, 22 August - The newspaper Primorske Novice says ever since it started writing about the need for legislation that would ensure decent living to all those who depend on others' help, Slovenia has had eleven different health ministers. However, it says the bill has not made it to parliament all these years because one single problem - the money.
