EU Commission urges Slovenia to lower labour taxes
Brussels, 29 August - The EU Commission has assessed that high labour taxation in Slovenia has a highly probable negative impact on the labour market and hence the country's GDP. The Slovenian government has been advised to reduce the tax burden from labour and introduce a more growth-friendly tax system.
