Finance on Slovenian and foreign rivals for building Koper-Divača

Ljubljana, 10 September - The business newspaper Finance wonders on Thursday whether Slovenia is willing to accept a higher price tag of construction works on the new rail section from Divača to Koper to ensure domestic companies get the project.
