Committee opinions clash on revised budget cuts to culture

Ljubljana, 10 September - Government officials defended at Thursday's session of the parliamentary Culture Committee a cut of EUR 8.1 million for culture in the revised budget for 2020, saying the actual cut, absent factors like funds carried over to the coming years, was EUR 2.4 million and mostly affected programmes that were impossible to execute.
