Panel hears entire railway network needs to be upgraded

Ljubljana, 14 September - While Slovenia has great potential in logistics, the entire railway network in the country needs to be upgraded, and the new line serving the port of Koper will not be enough, participants of Monday's panel debate agreed. Infrastructure Minister Jernej Vrtovec said that "major steps forwards are being taken" in railways.
