Delo welcomes deregulation blueprint but as first step

Ljubljana, 17 September - Delo welcomes the deregulation plan put forward to the ruling coalition as a step in the right direction in Thursday's front-page commentary, but it also expresses concern that it will not be politically acceptable and, even if adopted, will not last.
