Paper sees revolutionary shifts in Belarus

Ljubljana, 18 September - Commenting on the situation in Belarus, the newspaper Delo says on Friday that the fact that Alexander Lukashenko celebrated victory at what seemed like an election and that protests got crushed by police is nothing new. But something "revolutionary" did happen in Belarus in the last month and a half.
