Delo analyses EU's new migration pact

Ljubljana, 24 September - Five years since the start of the migration crisis, the main issues are still far from solved and EU member states cannot even agree a joint definition of solidarity, the newspaper Delo says in Thursday's front-page commentary. But the long-awaited migration pact is at least an attempt to find balance in this situation.
