Higher court quashes conviction of Bavčar, media report
Koper, 25 September - The Koper Higher Court has quashed a prison sentence against Igor Bavčar, the former CEO of Istrabenz, in a case related to a 2007 transaction involving shares of logistics company Intereuropa, ordering a retrial, according to media reports.
