Writers for Peace Committee discusses cultural heritage, hate speech

Bled, 25 September - Meeting as part of the International PEN Writers' Meeting in Bled, the International Writers for Peace Committee has called for declaring attacks on cultural heritage a crime against humanity while it also examined criteria to delineate freedom of speech and hate speech.
