Retail sales down in August after three months of growth

Ljubljana, 28 September - Retail turnover declined by 1.6% in August on July and was 6.6% lower year-on-year. The decrease came after three consecutive months of monthly growth that followed the April slump caused by the Covid-19 lockdown, show data released by the Statistics Office on Monday.
