Ljubljana, 30 September - It will be partly clear with some clouds building up occasionally on Wednesday after morning fog lifts from the low ground. Morning lows will range from 3 to 9 degrees Celsius, around 12 on the coast, while it will warm up to 16-21 degrees during the day.
