Journalists urge criteria for accessing information in court proceedings
Ljubljana, 29 September - The Slovenian Journalists' Association (DNS) is critical of a new practice in the judicial system which prevents access to public information. It urges the authorities to set up a task force to determine clear-cut criteria for accessing information in criminal and court proceedings, warning about the potential for such practice to become a trend.
