Bill to raise vaccination rate passed in parliament

Ljubljana, 30 September - The National Assembly has passed a set of changes to the communicable diseases act which aim to increase vaccination rate by making vaccination mandatory for kindergarten children. Vaccination rate for pre-school children in Slovenia has dropped to 93%, which no longer guarantees collective health, the MPs said.
