Delo wishes report on rule of law in EU would have tangible repercussions

Ljubljana, 1 October - Five Hundred Pages of Hope for the Rule of Law in the EU is the title of Delo's front-page commentary on the European Commission's first rule of law report. The paper says the report shows that in particular the member states between the Baltic, the Adriatic and Black Sea still have issues with understanding the EU's basic principles.
