Ljubljana, 8 October - Seasoned diplomats Ernest Petrič and Wolfgang Petritsch reflected in a joint interview for the STA and the Austrian Press Agency APA on the ramifications of the 1920 Caritnihian Plebiscite, which led to them growing up in separate countries although they lived only a few kilometres apart. Both warned against the reintroduction of borders.
