Central bank with new moves related to bond holder wipeout
Ljubljana, 12 October - The central bank has announced it will consult a group of legal experts for what it says is the search for a solution ensuring the legal protection of the holders of subordinated bonds who were wiped out during the 2013 bank bailout. It has also asked for a constitutional review of provisions allowing it to be audited by the Court of Audit.
