Consumer confidence down for second consecutive month

Ljubljana, 22 October - Consumer confidence deteriorated for the second consecutive month in October, as Slovenians are becoming more pessimistic about the economy. The index has dropped by five percentage points over September and is 19 percentage points lower than a year ago and 23 points below last year's average, the Statistics Office said on Thursday.
