Trade union points to attempts at bypassing Sunday shops closure
Ljubljana, 23 October - The trade union representing retail workers warns that some retailers are trying to bypass the parliament's decision to close most shops on Sundays to give employees one day a week off. The union said the retailers were re-arranging work under a provision allowing unequal distribution of work, assigning people to work on Sundays.
