Court rejects constitutional challenge to Radenci referendum
Radenci, 23 October - The Constitutional Court has dismissed an appeal for constitutional review of a referendum on renaming a street in Radenci named after Yugoslav Communist leader Josip Broz Tito. The appeal was filed by the town's Mayor Roman Leljak. The court ruled that Leljak, who lodged the appeal as a citizen, has no legal interest for initiating the procedure.
