Reporter says Chinese excluded in the name of false "national interest"

Ljubljana, 26 October - Reporter says in its latest commentary that the government is "reworking" the tender for the new Koper-Divača railway line and that it seems that the best bidder will not get the deal as everything is again leaning towards the "notorious public interests", with Slovenian companies set to win it.
