Parliament votes down opposition proposal for demographic fund

Ljubljana, 27 October - An alternative opposition proposal to the government-planned Demographic Fund, meant to pool state assets to shore up the pension system, was rejected in parliament on Tuesday. This means the government's proposal can be put on the agenda of one of the upcoming parliament session.
