Cycling: Roglič concedes 10 sec and Vuelta leader's jersey to Carapaz

Alto de'l Angliru, 1 November - Slovenian cycling star Primož Roglič fell back to second place overall at the Vuelta de Espana after the toughest stage of the Spanish race on Sunday. Finishing fifth, he clocked in 10 seconds behind his main rival, fourth-placed Ecuadorian Richard Carapaz, with whom he was on neck-and-neck at the top of the general standings before stage 12.
