Libraries partly reopening today

Ljubljana, 2 November - Libraries in Slovenia are reopening on Monday after being subject to lockdown restrictions. They will adjust their opening hours and the system of work to the coronavirus situation in their town. Where the number of active cases is not very high, libraries will operate normally, while elsewhere contactless lending will be introduced.
