Večer says govt responsible for helping hospitals

Maribor, 3 November - The newspaper Večer says in Tuesday's commentary that solidarity is alive and kicking in Slovenia's society amid hospitals' appeals for help, however it should not be primarily up to local communities to support struggling healthcare since this is first and foremost the government's responsibility.
