Vienna terrorist probably part of terrorist cell, Slovenian analyst says

Ljubljana, 3 November - Defence expert Vladimir Prebilič believes the Vienna terrorist, who was killed during yesterday's attack, did definitely not act on his own but had the support of a terrorist cell. Discovering the cell should be the Austrian authorities absolute priority, he told the STA as he commented on the attack, which left four people dead.
