Two hundred years of banking in Slovenia marked

Ljubljana, 4 November - With the first banking institution in the territory of present-day Slovenia established exactly 200 years ago, the Bank Association of Slovenia sees the anniversary as an opportunity to raise awareness about the banking sector, which it believes represents a major segment of Slovenia's economic history.
