Ljubljana, 4 November - Ajša Vodnik, director general of AmCham Slovenija, pointed to the difference between rhetoric and actions as she commented on Wednesday on the effects that US presidential elections will have on global relations. If Joe Biden wins, she primarily expects changes in the rhetoric.
