Delo analysing US election

Ljubljana, 5 November - Americans themselves are to blame for the slow counting of votes and technical problems in the presidential elections. In some parts of the country voting machines failed, and in others the people who are counting, while some of the confusion also came from local rules for federal elections, Delo says in Thursday's front-page commentary.
